Special Events and Holidays at Three Sister's Cottages bed and breakfast Jefferson, Texas

All special events, holidays, and group reservations will require a 14 day cancellation notice. If we are unable to re-book the room, the entire charge of the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to hold the room. Below is a list of what is considered a special event or holiday at Three Sister's Cottages here in Jefferson, Texas.

Reservation Policies

Normal check in time is from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. We are flexible with this if arrangements are made in advance.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and the reservation is subject to the cancellation policy below. The rate for the room is based on double occupancy and includes a full breakfast delivered to your room. 

We do offer a fold away twin size bed for a 3rd guest for an addition charge of $10.00 per night which will also include their breakfast. 

It is our normal policy to require a 48 hour notice for all regular reservations. Any cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the credit card used to hold the room. 

All " no call, no show" reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay to the credit card used to hold the room. 

This policy is in place since last minute cancellations make the possibility of re-booking the room very unlikely.
